privacy policy for ZeAR

at BULLTECH, the main goal is to use the strict necessary data to provide the added value to our users, while respecting the law that may ask to store more data. this Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected or recorded by ZeAR and how we use it.

information needed for app ZeAR to work

ZeAR consists of two programs: a "cloud server" and the "client app".

• Cloud Server is only accessible by "client apps" and selected human employees for administration of ZeAR.

• Client App is an app from Apple's AppStore, it let access to Cloud Server data and to post new data to it

in order for Client App to work, customers need to grant permission to :

1. camera: we do NOT upstream the camera feed to Cloud Server, Client App is an AR app, by definition it needs a camera on when the app is displayed.

2. precise location: we upstream the location each time it changes to Cloud Server, so it can update AR contents of current location.

we do not track users:

• we do NOT store any personal information about users.

• we store the Objects (Text, USDZ url…) created by users, so we can show them later to other users in the location where they were created.

 this is what we do NOT do as the current version of the app do not need that:

• we do NOT make users login

• we do NOT make users fill forms before using the app: name, age …

information that may help make better future versions of ZeAR 

we rely on Google Cloud Firebase for our cloud server, google may collect additional information for analytics purposes.

we collect some crash information if this happens, as the app is still in development.
