At BullTech, our main goal is to use the strictly necessary data to provide added value to our users.
We believe that your health data belongs to you, and we have designed our technology to respect that ownership.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Heart History application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information.
Heart History integrates with Appleâs HealthKit framework to visualize your heart rhythm trends.
The App requests read-only access to the following data types from your Apple Health database:
Atrial Fibrillation Burden (AFib History)
Irregular Rhythm Notifications (Events)
We do not create new health records. We simply read the data already recorded by your Apple Watch and iPhone to create visualizations.
Heart History is a device-only application.
Local Processing: All data retrieval, calculation, and visualization happen locally on your iPhone's processor.
No Cloud Transmission: The App was not designed to communicate with our servers or any third-party servers. BullTech does not collect, store, or view your health data.
No Accounts: There is no user login or account creation required to use the App.
The data accessed from HealthKit is used solely for:
Display: Rendering charts and dashboards within the App.
Analysis: Calculating averages or summing event counts locally on your device.
We do not use your health data for advertising, marketing, or data mining.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
You have full control over your data.
Granting Access: You must explicitly grant permission for the App to access HealthKit data via the system prompt upon first launch.
Revoking Access: You can revoke the Appâs access to your health data at any time by going to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Heart History.
Since we do not store your data on external servers, deleting the App from your iPhone removes all associated processed data and settings from your device immediately.
Because the App operates locally, your data is protected by the same security measures that protect your iPhone (FaceID, Passcode, and iOS Sandboxing).
Your health data remains encrypted on your device and in your personal iCloud backups (if enabled by you).
Heart History is a data visualization utility, not a medical device.
