Your privacy is the core principle upon which PlanR is built. This Privacy Policy explains how FlanR (the "Application") handles your information.

The short version: BullTech, developer of FlanR, does not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal data to it servers.

1. Information Collection and Use

Location Data (GPS) FlanR uses background location tracking to automatically record your walks and map your neighborhood.

• On-Device Storage Only: All GPS coordinates, paths, and map data are stored directly on your iPhone using secure local storage .

• Zero Transmission: This data is never transmitted to an external server, cloud infrastructure, or third party. It never leaves your device.

Core Motion & Activity Data The Application utilizes your iPhone's motion sensors to detect when you are walking or running so that it can activate GPS tracking efficiently. This motion data is processed purely in real-time on your device and is never saved permanently or uploaded anywhere.

Apple HealthKit Integration (Optional) If you grant explicit permission, FlanR can write your completed walks to the Apple Health app as workouts. FlanR operates on a write-only basis for HealthKit. The Application never reads, analyzes, or stores your existing health or fitness data.

On-Device AI & Web Lookups When using the optional AI Gear suggestion feature, the Application utilizes on-device foundation models.

• To provide relevant local route recommendations, the Application may make keyless, anonymous network requests directly to the public Wikipedia Geosearch and DuckDuckGo Instant Answer APIs.

• These requests do not contain user accounts, device identifiers, or tracking tokens. They only look up generic landmark information near your current generalized coordinate.

2. Third-Party Services & Analytics

FlanR contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising trackers, and no cloud-syncing frameworks. There are no hidden background processes gathering telemetry about your device or app usage.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you are in complete control of it.

• You can view and manage your walk history directly inside the app.

• Deleting the Application from your iPhone will permanently delete all local databases and GPS traces associated with FlanR. This data cannot be recovered by us, as we do not keep backups.

4. Children’s Privacy

Because the Application does not collect or transmit any personal data from any user, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, in strict compliance with COPPA and global privacy regulations.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect future local features. Any changes will be updated directly in the app or on our support site. However, our stance on zero-server data collection will never change.
